With 2016 sales of EUR 11.9 billion, Covestro is among the world’s largest polymer companies. Covestro is the coordinator of Carbon4PUR and responsible for the process development of steel mill gas based polyol production. It contributes to technical integration of steel mill gas waste streams into valuable chemicals and prepares the industrial symbiosis for potential future production sites.
